About the speakers
H.E. Poksask Nilubol is a former Thai ambassador to Myanmar. He is the author of the book "Understanding Burma" and the soon-to-be published book "Burma and the World in the 21st Century”. Ajarn Kuensai Jaiyen the editor of the Shan Herald Agency for News (S.H.A.N.).
