well whatever the case may be.army still cannot take a step in waziristan.beacuse of the frequent ambushes.the basic problems for army in waziristan are terrains, mounatins, hills, bunkers.besides this the union of waziri, mahsuds, dawars, who constitute the whole population of waziristan are in union agains foreign os pakistani army.both are considered infidels.
what causes army to retreat from swat is the chaos like situation created by militants.these miltiants are not local instead only the fazlullah, muslim khan and about 10% they are swatis.while most of them are from waziristan.also some significant no of punjabi talibans and uzbeks.
above all u can,t fight with those, who are easily brainwashed when it comes to religion.they transgress in case of religion.they lose their humanity and will make every attempt to make their own

Very interesting commentary, especially given the failure to include the Haqqani Network within the analysis. The HN claims to control large areas in Khost, Paktia, Paktika, Logar and Kabul. Not to mention, they have been credited with some of the most "spectacular" terrorist attacks inside Afghanistan since late 2007. The US military has labeled the HN "the most significant threat to Afghan security."
So why then, was the group excluded from a article intending to prime the audience on the various facets of what has been lumped together as "the Taliban?"

I dont agree with your analysis. The Pakistani Taliban and Afghan Taliban are one in a way becaue they have studied in the same religious schools. Before becoming therik-e-taliban Pakistan, Mehsood and Wazirs were fighting with Pakistani forces to protect foreigners in FATA. These foreigners were in tribal region since 80s. You ignored the fact that people from FATA and PATA, Punjab and Sindh have died while fighitng with US and NATO forces in last eight years under the Taliban's banner. Pakistanis during Taliban government of 90s were enjoying official posts. So as a matter of fact we cannot create distinction between Pakistani or Afghan Taliban. Both are linked and same. Both are fighting to establish Taliban government in the region. And their supreme leader is Mullah Omer.
I hope you would recognise the mistake.
