Comments For 'Animal in Bhopal'

At last someone understands the plight of those gassed 25 years ago. Those who died were the lucky ones. It's a shame that the world's largest democracy has not brought justice to the victims of the world's worst disaster - the neglect of the victims is no accident. It's a shame, nothing less. A corporate conspiracy. Thank you, Indra Sinha, Animal and Himal, for reminding us about the horror of 1984.

Liked your indepth narration of horendous industrial tragedy that caused for the death of more than 10,000 innocent peoples and left severly wounded to lakhs of city dwellers of Bhopal.Indeed insensitivity engraved further the sufferings of victims as both the government and Union Carbide company displyed outright neglect of their duties.Even later successor Dow chemicals which acquired this company in year 2000 had never did anything better than their predecessor...only solace for the victims have been the immense word of support from common folks and intellectuals.Thanks a lot to Himal South Asian for coming out with the plights of Bhopal Gas Tragedy....would be happy to share my views on Bhopal tragedy at my blog(www.onesstandpoint.blogspot.com).
