    SAARC being the most disorganized regional group it is sad to see so much money being spent in its preparation and security knowing that it’s outcomes will be almost zero. Until and unless India and Pakistan do not settle disputes and India change its bullish behaviour towards its smaller neighbour SAARC will exist only in its name.
